Conditions for Coaching
Appointment conditions

I only accept new inquiries via the contact form (see below).

Sessions usually last 50 minutes, but longer sessions (75 or 100 minutes) are possible by arrangement.

There is no fixed number or frequency of sessions - you decide independently.

Cancellations: If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, it must be cancelled by email at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

Delays: Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you have not arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the appointment is considered missed and will be charged.

Availability: Once we agree to work together, I am available to you via email and telephone. Sessions can also be offered online.
Fees

A 50-minute session costs 120,66€ ; a 75-minute session costs 180,99€ accordingly.

Most often the costs for counseling/coaching must be paid privately; in some cases, employers may contribute.

In certain cases, the costs may be tax-deductible (e.g., as “extraordinary burdens” under §33 EStG).

Invoices are sent electronically via email and must be paid within one week.

My practice rooms are part of a shared group practice.
They are located on the ground floor and include spaces for individual and group sessions, a waiting area/coat room, and a bathroom (unfortunately not barrier-free).
​
The practice is easily accessible by public transportation:
via the U-Bahn stations Rathaus Neukölln or Hermannplatz, or by the bus lines M41, M29, 171, 194 (stop: Sonnenallee / Pannierstraße) and 104, 166 (stop: Erkstraße).
